Radiopharmaceuticals and RIA Laboratories, Labelled Compounds Laboratory, Radiation Processing Plant, Radiation Technology Equipments and Electron Beam facilities are located at BRIT headquarters in Vashi, Navi Mumbai. BRIT also has following units/facilities at Mumbai: Customer Support Services Cell, Sealed Sources Fabrication Facility; ISOMED, Medical Cyclotron Facility and Food Analysis Laboratory.

BRIT has six regional centres located at Bangalore, Delhi, Dibrugarh, Hyderabad, Kolkata and Kota. Krushak, Lasalgaon depends on BRIT for Operations & Maintenance.
