The Orders that were cancelled by Customers or were not supplied within stipulated time and/or are not suitable for source Replenishment are not considered as Registered orders and are not going to be displayed here

The order form (See Ordering Procedure) for radiography cameras and radiography sources i.e.R1 form has two portions - the form and the undertaking. Customers must send both these pages duly filled and signed.
